By Jim Nolan | November 22, 2009

On November 6, 2009, Immigration announced that it has received 54,700 H-1B visa cases which were part of the 65,000 limit or “cap”.  This is a 900 case increase from one week before.    People who are interested in getting a new H-1B visa should start the case as soon as possible and file as quickly as they can.
